In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, governments across the globes have implemented lockdowns –circuit breakers, community quarantine, movement control order, they go by many names- in order to curb community spread, control traffic coming into the control, and ensure that the virus is starved out. However, there are massive consequences. Lives may be saved, but livelihoods are being threatened in the process; non-essential businesses have been shut down, many manufacturers have halted production, and both imports and exports have slowed.

The sharing will be based on one of the largest semiconductor manufacturers in the world.
